CONWAY CARLISLE RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLAN (THE “PLAN”)

The Trustees of the Conway Carlisle Retirement Savings Plan (“the Scheme”) hereby give notice of their intention to wind up the Scheme and distribute its assets, and require any person interested to send to the Trustees prior to 1 June 2006, particulars of their claim in respect of the property or any part thereof. At the expiration of this time the Trustees shall convey or distribute the Trust, to or among the persons entitle thereto, having regard only to the claims, of which the Trustees then have had written notice and shall not, as respects the property so conveyed or distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim the Trustees have not had written notice at the time of conveyance or distribution. If you have received a previous communication from the Trustees with regard to the wind up of the Scheme you may disregard this notice.
