THE CAMDEN (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS) (SPA) (AMENDMENT NO 151) TRAFFIC ORDER 2005

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Camden on 5 April 2006 made the above-mentioned Orders, under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Road Traffic Act 1991, the details as amended and previously published in The London Gazette on 10 February 2006. The general nature and effect of the Order will be to: 1. Revoke existing bays and either relocate or, shorten them to improve the flow of traffic for buses on Dartmouth Park Hill. 2. To provide extra pay and display parking for businesses on Highgate Road and Lady Somerset Road. 3. To amend the waiting and loading for the above locations and on Alfred Mews, Bernard Street, Herbrand Street, Eversholt Street and Great Ormond Street. A copy of the Orders which will come into force on 18 April 2006, together with details showing the location, may be inspected during normal office hours on Monday to Fridays inclusive, at the Culture and Environment Reception, fifth floor, Camden Town Hail, Argyle Street, London WC1H 8E0. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the making of the Order, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
