THE EALING (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO 271) ORDER 2006

1. Notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Ealing Council, on 13 April 2006, made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985. 2. The general effect of the Order will be to introduce double yellow line waiting restrictions applying at any time in the lengths of East Close and Ferrymead Gardens specified in the Schedule to this notice. 3. The Order, which will come into operation on 18 April 2006, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, are available for inspection between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm, Mondays to Fridays inclusive at Mouchel Parkman, 22-24 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, London W5 2BP, until 25 May 2006. 4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may make application for the purpose to the High Court by 25 May 2006.
