BEECH STREET—LOADING BAY

1. Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of the City of London on 13 April 2006 made an Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, so as to continue in force indefinitely the provisions of an experimental traffic Order. 2. The effect of the Order will be to continue the designation of a loading bay on the south side of Beech Street, between Silk Street and Golden Lane. The bay is intended for the use of goods vehicles only to load and unload without time limit. 3. A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on 24 April 2006, and of a plan showing the affected street, can be inspected during normal office hours until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made at the Department of Planning and Transportation, Guildhall, London EC2P 2EJ. 4. Copies of the Order may be obtained from the above address or by telephoning 020 7332 1108. 5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the ground that it is not within the powers of the relevant section of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
