NOTICE PURSUANT TO LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 SECTION 10

In the Partnership of Thompson Brancaster Farms the following persons namely Vere Kersteman Thompson, Giles Mansell Thompson, Emily Jane Vere Lochore, have all become limited partners with Jeremy Wilfrid Thompson, Mark Jeremy Thompson and Jane Elizabeth Thompson remaining as general partners following the reconstitution of the said partnership as a limited partnership within the meaning of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907.
