STOPPING-UP OF HIGHWAY LAND AT 125 BUSINESS PARK, GLOUCESTER

Notice is hereby given that application will be made to the Magistrates’ Court sitting at Barbican Way, Bearland Gloucester, on 22 May 2006, at 2.00 pm for an Order that the area of highway described in the Schedule below be stopped up for the purpose of vehicular and pedestrian use on the ground that it is unnecessary. A plan illustrating the land the subject of the application may be inspected, free of charge, during normal office hours at the offices of Gloucester City Council, North Warehouse, The Docks, Gloucester. The effect of the order (if granted) will be to remove any vehicular and pedestrian or other highway rights over the land to be stopped up. Any person who has any comments or feels aggrieved by the possible making of the Order has the right to be heard in Court and may submit written representations to the address given below and/or attend Court on the given date.
