Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet have made on 13th April 2006 the above-mentioned orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 51 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The general effect of the Orders will be to enable the provision of disabled parking bays for vehicles displaying a valid disabled Blue Badge at the locations detailed in part 1 below, or the removal of disabled parking bays as detailed in part 2 below: 1. 25 Asmuns Place NW11, 57 Bertram Road NW4, 25 Southwood Court, Bigwood Road NW11, 76 Churchill Road, East Barnet, 19 Clifton Road N3, Hendon Reform Synagogue, Danescroft Avenue NW4;,39 Durham Road N2, 57 Erskine Hill NW11, 23 Fuller Street NW4, 53 Hamilton Road NW11, 36 Hillcrest Avenue NW11, 6 Holly Park Road N11, 9 Lambert Road N12, 91 Leslie Road N2, 171 Long Lane N3, 32 Macdonald Road N11, 10 Montpelier Rise NW11, 182 Regents Park Road N3, 176 Sherrards Way, Barnet; 5 Sherwood Terrace N20, 18 Sneath Avenue NW11, 2 Stanley Road N2, 65 Sunny Gardens Road NW4, 27 Templars Crescent N3, 11 Wentworth Road NW11, 4 Windermere Avenue N3, 66 Woodcote Avenue NW7. The bays at 57 Bertram Road NW4, 39 Durham Road N2, 9 Lambert Road N12, 2 Stanley Road N2, and 11 Wentworth Road NW11, will be provided by converting existing parking spaces. The following redundant disabled parking bays will be removed and where noted converted to residents’ parking spaces: 2. 16 Bramber Road N12, 121 Colchester Road Edgware, 33 Cavendish Avenue N3, 74 Dartmouth Road NW4 (convert to resident bay), 12 Green Lane NW4, 71 Harcourt Avenue Edgware, 29 Hillview Gardens NW4, 35 Kings Close NW4, 24 Russell Gardens NW11 (convert to resident bay), 1 Sutherland Close Barnet, 86 Woodlands Avenue N3, 53 Sutton Road N10. A copy of the Orders, which will come into operation on Tuesday 18th April 2006, plans of the relevant areas and the Council’s Statement of Reasons for making the Orders can be inspected between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays (Public and Bank Holidays excepted) for a period of 6 weeks from the date on which this notice is published at: (a) The Parking Design Team, Building 4, North London Business Park, Oakleigh Road South, London N11 1NP; and (b) The Information Centre, The Town Hall, The Burroughs, Hendon, London NW4 4BG. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or any of their provisions on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
