BURIAL ACT 1853

Notice is hereby given that representations have been made to Her Majesty in Council by the Secretary of State for Constitutional Affairs that burials should be discontinued in the following places of burial and that Her Majesty in Council was pleased on 11 April 2006 to order that such representations be taken into account by a Committee of the Privy Council on 23 May 2006: (1) St Mary’s Churchyard, Abbotts Ann, Andover, Hampshire. (2) St Luke’s Churchyard, Bramcote, Nottinghamshire. (3) St Lawrence’s Churchyard, Tinsley, City of Sheffield.
