Dividend from Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA)

A First and Final Dividend is intended to be declared in the above matter. All Creditors who have not already done so are invited to prove their debts. Debts must be proved in writing on an appropriate claim form which can be obtained from me at Middleton Partners, 48 Langham Street, London W1W 7AY. Any Creditor who does not submit their claim by 30 April 2006 will be excluded from this Dividend which is to be declared within 21 days from the last date for proving. No further public advertisement of invitation to prove debts will be given.
