Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, the Final General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of Antony Batty & Company, Third Floor, 3 Field Court, Gray’s Inn, London WC1R 5EF, on 26 May 2006, at 10.30 am, to have an account laid before them showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator and to consider the following Resolutions, that the Liquidator’s report be approved, that the Liquidator’s receipts and payments account be approved and that the Liquidator be granted his release. A form of proxy for use at the Meeting, if desired, is available and should be lodged with the Liquidator not later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the Meeting.
