Notice is hereby given under Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustee is winding-up the Plan. Any former employee of Marshalls Finance Limited and/or subsidiary Companies thereof and/or Tullett Prebon (UK) Limited or any persons entitled to claim through such former employee not presently receiving benefit from the Plan, and who believes they are entitled to receive benefit, should make a claim for such benefits by contacting: Gez Scandrett, HSBC Actuaries and Consultants Limited, 7th Floor, 12 Calthorpe Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, B15 1RA. All persons making such claims should provide full details of their name, address, date of birth and period of employment together with copies of all documents which support their claim. Any claim must be made within two months of the date of publication of this notice. Furthermore if any person or persons not being a former Member or Members of the Plan, believes they have any claim against the assets of the Plan, they should write to Gez Scandrett at the address shown within two months of the date of publication of this notice, setting out full details of their claim and including full supporting copy documentation (eg marriage certificate). After the expiry of a period of two months following the publication of this notice the Trustee shall commence the final distribution of the assets of the Plan, taking account only of claims and interests of which they then have notice. The Trustee will not thereafter be liable to or in respect of any other Member, former Member or other person who has not made a claim on the assets of the Plan. Interests of former employees who have been contacted within the last 12 months will be taken into account without need for them to claim under this notice. For and on behalf of the Trustee
