NOTICE OF REVOCATION OF AN AREA OF SPECIAL CONTROL ORDER

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (CONTROL OF ADVERTISEMENTS) REGULATIONS 1992

1. We, Spelthorne Borough Council give notice that we have submitted an Order revoking the Borough of Spelthorne (Advertisements) (Area of Special Control) Order 1992 made under Regulation 18 of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992 to the First Secretary of State under Schedule 5 to the Regulations. 2. A copy of the revocation order and of the statement of the reasons for making it have been deposited at the front reception of Council Offices, Knowle Green, Staines TW18 1XB, and will be available for inspection, free of charge, between the hours of 8.45 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.45 am to 4.45 pm Friday. 3. The revocation order is about to be considered by the First Secretary of State. Any objection to it must be made in writing, stating the grounds of objection, and sent to the Office of Deputy Prime Minister at Zone 413, Eland House, Bressenden Place, London SW1E 5DU, before 12 May 2006.
