Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Fernwood House, Fernwood Road, Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne NE2 1TJ, on 9 June 2006, at 10.00 am and 10.30 am respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Joint Liquidators showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators. The following Resolutions will be put to the Meeting, that the Joint Liquidators’ receipts and payments account be approved and that the Joint Liquidators be released from office. A Dividend will not be paid to the Creditors as there were insufficient funds to meet the claims of secured and preferential Creditors and the costs and expenses of the liquidation. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to Fernwood House, Fernwood Road, Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 1TJ, no later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the Meetings.
