VANTAGE DERIVATIVES LTD

At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Equitable House, 1st Floor, 47 King William Street, London EC4R 9AF, on 24 March 2006, the following Resolutions were passed, as a Special Resolution, as an Ordinary Resolution and as an Extraordinary Resolution respectively: “That Vantage Derivatives Ltd be wound up voluntarily, that C M Iacovides of Jeffreys Henry Jacobs, Fergusson House, 124-128 City Road, London EC1V 2NJ, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of winding-up the Company’s affairs and distributing its assets, and that, in accordance with the articles of association of the Company, the Liquidator be and is hereby authorised as they see fit to dispose of any assets of the Company by way of specie distributions to Members.” R Wurfbain, Chairman
