A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator, at the request of a Creditor, under section (b) of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of voting upon the following Resolutions: For or against the Liquidator’s final receipt and payments account, for or against the Liquidator’s release from office, pursuant to section 46 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for or against the Liquidator’s remuneration on a time cost basis, and for or against that the books and papers be destroyed one year after dissolution. The Meeting will be held at 6 c Church Street, Reading RG1 2SB, on 5 May 2006, at 10.30 am. A proxy form must be lodged with me not later than 4 May 2006, to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting, together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one.
