Notice is hereby given that the Final Meeting of Creditors of Sussex Spring Limited will be held at the offices of Wilson Pitts, Glendevon House, Hawthorn Park, Coal Road, Leeds LS14 1PQ, on 10 May 2006, at 11.00 am, to receive the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up and to determine whether the Liquidator should have his release. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. Proxy forms must be returned to the office of Wilson Pitts, Glendevon House, Hawthorn Park, Coal Road, Leeds LS14 1PQ, no later than 12.00 noon on 9 May 2006.
