Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at George House, 48 George Street, Manchester M1 4HF, on 2 May 2006, at 12.00 noon and 12.15 pm respectively, for the purpose of showing how the winding-up has been conducted, the property of the Company disposed of, and to authorise the release of the Liquidator.
