At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Bull Hill, Chillaton, Lifton, Devon PL16 0HE, on 21 March 2006, the following Special Resolutions were duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Alec David Pillmoor of Baker Tilly, Wilberforce Court, Alfred Gelder Street, Hull and Philip Edward Pierce, of Baker Tilly, 2 Whitehall Quay, Leeds, be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up, and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.” Chairman 21 March 2006
