E WALTERS (LUDLOW) LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFIT SCHEME

Notice is hereby given to all parties who are Members of the E Walters (Ludlow) Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme (the “Scheme”) that it has entered into a Pension Protection Fund assessment period. It is believed that all Members of the Scheme and their benefits under it have been identified and the Trustees announce their intention to distribute the assets of the Scheme. If you were a Member of this Scheme and believe you may be entitled to benefits from it and you have not been contacted by the Trustees, please post notification of your claim specifying your full name, address and particulars of your membership to the Scheme to EH01, Burges Salmon Pension Trustees Limited, Narrow Quay House, Narrow Quay, Bristol BS1 4AH, so as to reach that address on or before 3 July 2006. Claims received after this date will be excluded from benefits under the Scheme.
