MOTOR ZONE (UK) LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 70 Conduit Street, London W1S 2GF, on Friday 28 April 2006, at 1.00 pm, for the purposes mentioned in sections 100 and 101 of the said Act, that is, the nomination of a Liquidator and the appointment of a Liquidation Committee. Proxy forms to be used for the purposes of the above Meeting must be lodged, accompanied by statements of claim, at the registered office of the Company, situate at The Old Exchange, 234 Southchurch Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS1 2EG, not later than 12.00 noon on 27 April 2006. Notice is also hereby given, pursuant to section 98(2)(a) of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Louise Donna Baxter of Begbies Traynor, The Old Exchange 234 Southchurch Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS1 2EG, is qualified to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in relation to the above Company and will furnish Creditors, free of charge, with such information concerning the Company’s affairs as they may reasonably require. Resolutions to be taken at the aforementioned Meeting may include a Resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated and Resolutions in respect of the payment of other costs and expenses including the basis on which these are charged or reimbursed. The Meeting may also receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the Meeting.
