GUTHRIE SYMINGTON LIMITED PENSION & LIFE ASSURANCE PLAN FOR STAFF EMPLOYEES
PURSUANT TO SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Notice is hereby given that any persons having a claim in the Guthrie Symington Limited Pension & Life Assurance Plan for Staff Employees (“the Plan”) are required to send particulars in writing of such a claim to the Trustees of the Plan, 3 Staffords, Old Harlow, Essex CM17 0JR, on or before 12 June 2006, after which date the Trustees will proceed to distribute the assets of the Plan among the persons entitled to them, having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice or as held on record. The Trustees shall not be liable to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they have not had notice in respect of the assets of the Plan or any part of them so distributed. Notification is not required from any persons who have retired from the Plan or who have received a separate Announcement to Members advising of the wind up of the Plan.
