Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above Company will be held at Woodthorne & Co, York House, 4 Sheepscar Way, Leeds LS7 3JB, on 8 May 2006, at 10.00 am, for the purpose of providing an account of the winding-up and showing how the Company’s property has been disposed of.
