NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL (C293 RUNTON STATION ROAD, SANDY LANE BRIDGE STRENGTHENING AND FOOTWAY IMPROVEMENT) (CLASSIFIED ROAD) (SIDE ROADS) ORDER 2006

The Norfolk County Council hereby give notice that they have made, and submitted to the Secretary of State for Transport for confirmation, an Order under sections 14 and 125 of the Highways Act 1980, authorising the Council to carry out the improvement of highways, stop up highways, stop up private means of access and provide new means of access to premises. All in the vicinity of the classified road which the Council propose to improve being Station Road in the Parish of Runton, the District of North Norfolk. Copies of the Order and the relevant plan may be inspected, free of charge, at all reasonable hours from 7 April 2006 to 22 May 2006 at the offices of the Head of Law, County Hall, Martineau Lane, Norwich and at the offices of North Norfolk District Council, Holt Road, Cromer, Norfolk NR27 9EL. Any person may not later than 22 May 2006 object to the confirmation of the Order by notice to the Secretary of State for the Transport, Local Authority Orders Section, Government Office for the Northeast, 3rd Floor Citygate, Gallowgate, Newcastle-upon-Tyne NE1 4WH, stating the grounds of objection.
