Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 29 March 2006, CDC Group PLC transferred to Actis Umbrella Fund, L.P. a capital contribution of US$251.23 in Actis India Fund 2, L.P. (“the Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP9553, and that with effect from 29 March 2006, Actis Umbrella Fund, L.P. became a limited partner in the Partnership.
