PROPOSED STOPPING-UP OF A LENGTH OF HIGHWAY AT BOOTLE IN THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF SEFTON

The Secretary of State hereby gives notice that Justine Baker has decided not to proceed with the application for an Order under Section 247 of the above Act. This would have authorised the stopping up of a length of footway at Southport Road, Bootle L20 9ND, referred to in the notice published on 12 May 2005 in the Bootle Times. Ref: GO/TNW 5092/35/1/34.
