NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SCHEDULE 10

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 of the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency, Southern Region Leckford Estate for a consent to discharge up to 188.7 cubic metres per day of fish hatchery effluent into a ditch leading to the River Test, at National Grid Ref SU 3606 3720, from Land at The Old Farmhouse, Longstock, Stockbridge, Hampshire. Any person wishing to make representation about the application should do so in writing to the Environment Management Test Team Leader, Environment Agency, Colvedene Court, Wessex Way, Colden Common, near Winchester, Hampshire SO21 1WP, not later than 18 May 2006 quoting Ref G/00827. Please be aware that any representation may be made available to third parties unless specifically requested otherwise. A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the Environment Agency, at the address above between 9.00 am to 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays).
