THE BARNET (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (1997, NO 53) (AMENDMENT NO  ) TRAFFIC ORDER 2006

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet propose to make the above-mentioned order under sections 6 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The general effect of the Order would be to introduce a new “At Any Time” waiting restriction at the junction of Squires Lane, London N3 and Woodlands Avenue, London N3 and a new “At Any Time” waiting restriction to the side of Nos 202 and 204 Squires Lane, N3. A copy of the proposed Order, a plan of the relevant area and the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order can be inspected between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive for a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published at: (a) Parking Design Team, Building 4, North London Business Park, Oakleigh Road South, London N11 1NP; and (b) The Information Centre, The Town Hall, The Burroughs, Hendon, London NW4 4BG. Further information may be obtained by telephoning the London Borough of Barnet (Parking Design Team), telephone 020 8359 7541. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a written statement explaining their objection to the Parking Design Team, Building 4, North London Business Park, Oakleigh Road South, London N11 1NP, within 21 days of the date of this notice.
