At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly
convened, and held at 4 Home Farm, Luton Hoo Estate, Bedfordshire LU1 3TD on 24 March
2006, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:
“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Peter John Godfrey-Evans of Mercer
& Hole, Silbury Court, 420 Silbury Boulevard, Central Milton Keynes MK9 2AF, be and
is hereby appointed for the purposes of such winding up.”
