Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 9 of the Limited Partnership Agreement Act 1907, that on 30 December 2005, Phoenix Home Life Insurance Company transferred the interests held by it in Doughty Hanson & Co II Partnership No 8 (Partnership”) to Edgemere Capital LLC and thereupon Edgemere Capital LLC became a Limited Partner in the Partnership in substitution for Phoenix Home Life Insurance Company. 3 March 2006.
