NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF PROPOSALS FOR THE ALTERATION OF A LOCAL PLAN
THE SUFFOLK COASTAL LOCAL PLAN

On 31 March 2006 Suffolk Coastal District Council adopted these proposals with modifications. The adopted proposals will form part of the Development Plan for the area of Suffolk Coastal District Council. The Development Plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting the area. Copies of the adopted proposals are available for inspection Monday to Friday, 8.45 am to 5.15 pm (4.45 pm on Fridays) at Suffolk Coastal District Council, Council Offices, Melton Hill, Woodbridge, Suffolk IP12 1AU, or on the Council’s web site www.suffolkcoastal.gov.uk The proposals came into operation on their adoption. A person aggrieved by the proposals who desires to question their validity on the ground that they are not within the powers conferred by Part II of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, or that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has been complied with in relation to the adoption of the proposals, may, within 6 weeks from 5 April 2006, make an application to the High Court under section 287 of the 1990 Act.
