THE SUTTON (FREE PARKING PLACES) (CHEAM CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE) (NO 2) (AMENDMENT NO 4) ORDER 2006
RELATING TO MULGRAVE ROAD, CHEAM

1. Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Sutton made the above mentioned Order on 3 April 2006, under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Road Traffic Act 1991. 2. The principal objective of the Order is to relocate a parking bay due to the extension of a vehicular access. 3. The general effect of the Order will be to relocate a parking bay in Mulgrave Road, Cheam. 4. A copy of the Order which will come into operation on 10 April 2006, the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order and a plan showing the location and effect of the Order may be examined at: Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton, between 9.00 am - 5.00 pm Mon - Fri; and Environment and Leisure, 24 Denmark Road, Carshalton, between 9.00 am - 1.00 pm Mon, Wed and Fri; and 1.00 pm - 4.00 pm Tues and Thurs. 5. If any person wishes to question the validity of this Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under that Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
