NEPCO EUROPE LIMITED(Company Number 03691959) Notice is herby given that a Meeting of the Company will be held at The Crown Plaza Hotel, Wellington Street, Leeds, on 11 April 2006, at 10.30 am, to receive a statement of affairs of the Company, to hear the board present a report on the Company’s situation, to nominate one or more Insolvency Practitioners as Liquidator or Liquidators; if thought fit, to appoint a Liquidation Committee, and to pass any other Resolution necessary. Other Resolutions to be considered at this Meeting may include the following: A Resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidators are to be remunerated and, in accordance with the revised Statement of Insolvency Practice 9, approving disbursements in respect of services provided by their own firm. The Meeting may also receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the costs of preparing the Director’s statement of affairs and convening the Meeting. A Resolution that, in addition to the other powers granted by the Act, the Liquidator be granted those powers listed in part 1 to schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (ie the powers to pay any class of Creditors in full, make any compromise with Creditors, and make any compromise in relation to the assets of the Company). A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors may be inspected, free of charge, at Benson House, 33 Wellington Street, Leeds LS1 4JP, on either of the two business days prior to the Meeting. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must (unless they are individual Creditors attending in person) ensure their proxies are received at Benson House, 33 Wellington Street, Leeds LS1 4JP, no later than midday on one business day before the date of the Meeting.
