To: HM Revenue and Customs, National Westminster Bank Plc, HBOS Plc (Bank of Scotland) The Official Receiver The Bankruptcy Order dated 13 September 1994 under Proceedings No 80 of 1994 in the Wolverhampton County Court in respect of Danny Klapec was annulled by Order of the Wolverhampton County Court, on 16 September 2004. The above-named Banks and Crown Department claimed in the Bankruptcy of Danny Klapec. The Official Receiver had conduct of the Bankruptcy. The following proved as Creditors in the Bankruptcy: (1) The Commissioners of the Inland Revenue £1,412.44 (2) National Westminster Bank Plc £807.65 HBOS Plc (Bank of Scotland) did not prove in the Bankruptcy but a claim was noted in the sum of £1,384.81. A sum of £270 was paid in respect of the Official Receiver’s Deposit by the Petitioning Creditor. To secure the annulment of the Bankruptcy Order a sum equivalent to the amounts set out above were paid into Court on 11 June 2004. Take notice that the Wolverhampton County Court has ordered on 27 February 2006 that the particulars of the alleged claims and security provided by Danny Klapec be advertised pursuant to Rule 6.211 (4) of the Insolvency Rules 1986. A further application will be made to the Court for the release of the monies paid in 12 months from the date of this notice for the release of such sums to the former Bankrupt, together with accumulated interest if no claims to the sums specified herein are made within that time by those to which this notice is addressed.
