Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rules 11.2 and 11.12 of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that I intend to declare a First and Final Dividend to the non-preferential Creditors of the above-named Company. Creditors who have not yet done so are required, on or before 30 April 2006, to send their proof of debts to the undersigned, Ian W Kings, Tenon House, Ferryboat Lane, Sunderland SR5 3JN, the Liquidator of the Company, and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the Liquidator to be necessary. A Creditor who has not yet proved their debt by the date referred to above is not entitled to disturb, by reason that they have not participated in it, the First Dividend or any other Dividend declared before their debt is proven. The Dividend will be declared within 4 months from 30 April 2006.
