(In Compulsory Liquidation) In accordance with Rule 4.106, I, Simon Franklin Plant, of SFP, 9 Ensign House, Admirals Way, Marsh Wall, London E14 9XQ, give notice that I was appointed Liquidator of the Company on 20 March 2006. All persons having in their possession any of the effects or assets of the Company must deliver them up to me and all debts due to the Company must be paid to me.
