Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Regency House, 21 The Ropewalk, Nottingham NG1 5DU, on 4 May 2006, at 10.30 am and 11.00 am respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account of the winding-up.
