Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 28 November 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 3 February 2006, Susan Claire Wagner and Mark Henry Wagner, as persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said LILY LEAH WAGNER, who is a child, single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Olivia Leah Wagner and assumed the name of Lily Leah Wagner.
