I, Phillip Anthony Roberts of Customs House, 9-10 Hampshire Terrace, Portsmouth PO1 2QF, being the Trustee in Bankruptcy of Mr Singh require all Creditors of the foregoing who have not previously proved their debt to do so, in writing, within the next 28 days. The last day for proving is 22 March 2006, following which Mr Singh may apply for the annulment of his Bankruptcy Order having paid or secured for all known liabilities in his estate. Any Creditor who fails to prove by the specified date will not be secured for, will not be entitled to be treated as a Creditor in the Bankruptcy, and will not be entitled to claim against the Debtor following any annulment of his Bankruptcy.
