NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Moreton C Cullimore (Gravels) Ltd for consent to discharge 3,960 cubic metres per day of trade effluent comprising dewatering water from mineral workings to the River Thames at National Grid Ref SU 133 959 from Roundhouse Farm, Marston Meysey, Cricklade, Wiltshire SN6 6AQ. Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to the Team Leader, Regulatory (Water Quality), Red Kite House, Howbery Park, Wallingford, Oxfordshire OX10 8DB, not later than 24 March 2006, quoting Ref W/WR1296. Please be aware that any representation may be made available to third parties under the Freedom of Information Act. A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at the Environment Agency, address above, between the hours of 9.00 am and 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday (not Bank Holidays).
