Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Kay Johnson Gee, Griffin Court, 201 Chapel Street, Manchester M3 5EQ, on 6 March 2006, at 12.00 noon, for the purpose of having an account laid before the Creditors showing the manner in which the liquidation estate has been conducted and the property of the debtor disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company.
