ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
THE LEWISHAM (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO ) TRAFFIC ORDER 2006
1. Notice is hereby given that Lewisham Council propose to make this Order under the provisions of section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. 2. The general nature and effect of the Order will be to amend the Lewisham (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1990, to vary existing or introduce new restrictions as follows: No Waiting At Any Time at: Church Vale, both sides within 10 metres of junction Perry Vale; Cranston Road, both sides, within 10 metres of junction Woolstone Road; Eton Grove, south side, within 9.5 metres of junction Dacre Park; Hawkesfield Road, south-west side, within 10 metres of junction Woolstone Road; Hindsley’s Place, both sides, within 10 metres of junction Perry Vale; Houston Road, both sides, within 10 metres of junction Woolstone Road; Hurstbourne Road, both sides, within 10 metres of junction Woolstone Road; Lutwyche Road, south-west side, within 10 metres of junction Woolstone Road; Perry Rise, south-west side, from junction Perry Vale to opposite south side of junction Allenby Road; Perry Value: both sides from approximately 90 metres north of junction Hindsley’s Place to 10 metres south-east of junction Church Vale; both sides, from approximately 25 metres north-west of junction Dacres Road to 15 metres south-east of junction Westbourne Drive; north side, within 10 metres west and 7 metres east of junction Siddons Road; and north side, within 10 metres of junction Woolstone Road; Quentin Road, north side, within 9 metres of junction Quentin Road north-to-south arm; Siddons Road, both sides, within 10 metrs of junction Perry Vale; Westbourne Drive, both sides, within 10 metres of junction Perry Vale; and Woolstone Road: north-west side, within 20 metres of junction Perry Vale; both sides, within 10 metres of junction Cranston/Houston Roads; north-west side, within 10 metres south-west and 23 metres north-east of junction Kilmorie Road; south-east side,within 20m south-west of junction Hawkesfield Road; north-west side, within 10m south-west & 23m north-east of junction Hurstbourne Road; and within 30 metres south-west of junction Lutwyche Road. 3. Exemptions from the restrictions include Council and utility company vehicles engaged on certain duties, vehicles stopping to avoid an accident, ambulance, fire brigade and police vehicles and anything done with the permission or at the direction of a polic constable in uniform. 4. Documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order and measures can be inspected between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays at the office of Lewisham Highways Development, Wearside Service Centre (Door-to-door Building), Wearside Road, Ladywell, London SE13 (telephone 020 8314 2265). 5. Any objection or other representation relating to the Order must be made in writing and any objection must specify the grounds on which it is made. Any such objection or representation must be sent, quoting Ref “P.Sear/W&L.PerryVNorth”, to Lewisham Highways Development, Wearside Service Centre, Wearside Road, Ladywell, London SE13 7EZ, to arrive not later than 21 days from the date of publication of this notice.
