of Bishop Fleming and the desirability ensuring continuity of management of the effected
insolvencies. Each individual Creditor may apply to the court in the above proceedings
within 14 days of this advertisement for reconsideration of the removal of Mr Ramsbottom
and his replacement. Any such application should only be made on reasonable grounds
and it should be noted that an unsuccessful application may result in an adverse costs
order.
