THE HILLINGDON (UXBRIDGE ROAD, YEADING LANE, HAYES) ON-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2005

Hillingdon Council gives notice that it intends to make these Orders, which will: (a) increase the length of the existing bus lane as set out in Schedule 1 below; (b) introduce pay and display parking places, operational between 8.00 am and 6.30 pm Monday to Saturday in Uxbridge Road as set out in Schedule 2 below; (c) introduce a loading bay operational between 8.00 am and 6.30 pm Monday to Saturday in Uxbridge Road, as set out in Schedule 3 below; (d) introduce a loading bay operational “At all times” in Yeading Lane, as set out in the Schedule 3 below; (e) impose waiting and loading restrictions as set out in Schedule 4 below. Charges for pay and display bays are: 30 minutes   Free of charge on displaying a ticket 60 minutes   20 pence 90 minutes   40 pence 120 minutes  60 pence Copies of the proposed Orders, together with a plan and the Council’s statement of reasons for the proposal, can be seen at Yeading Library and at Level 3 Reception, Civic Centre, Uxbridge, during normal office hours for 21 days following the date on which this notice is published. Schedule 2 Pay and Display bays in which parking will be permitted for a maximum stay of 2 hours Uxbridge Road, Hayes, the north-east side, between a point in line with the north-western flank wall of Nos 452-456 Uxbridge Road and a point 6.5 metres south-east of the north-western boundary wall of Nos 426 to 428 Uxbridge Road. Schedule 3 Loading bays in which loading is permitted by goods vehicles for a maximum of 20 minutes Uxbridge Road, Hayes, the north-east side, between a point 6.5 metres south-east of the north-western boundary wall of Nos 426 to 428 Uxbridge Road and point 20 metres south-east of said boundary. Yeading Lane, Hayes, the north-west side, between a point 17.25 metres north-east of the north-eastern kerbline of Uxbridge Road and a point 29.25 metres north-east of said kerbline. Schedule 4 Waiting and loading prohibited at any time Yeading Lane, the north-west side, between the north-eastern kerbline of Uxbridge Road and a point 42 metres north-east of said kerbline. Waiting prohibited at any time Yeading Lane, the north-west side, between a point 42 metres north-east of the north-eastern kerbline of Uxbridge Road and a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of No 11 Yeading Lane. 23 November 2005.
