(WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO 1) ORDER 2005
INCLUSION OF ENVOY AVENUE AND ENVOY ROUNDABOUT ALSO SOUTHAMPTON ROAD (EAST), SOUTHAMPTON ROAD (WEST) AND SEVENSEAS ROAD

Notice is hereby given that Heathrow Aiport Limited (being a wholly owned subsidiary of BAA plc), proposes to make an order under sections 6 and 7 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, having effected by virtue of sections 1, 2 and 65 of the Airports Act 1986. This Order would introduce waiting and loading restrictions to Envoy Avenue and Envoy Roundabout. These are new roads that have been introduced as part of the airport’s Eastern Perimeter Road development. In addition waiting and loading restrictions at three existing airport roads would be amended, Southampton Road (East), Southampton Road (West) and Sevenseas Road. Any general enquiries regarding this notice should be made between the hours of 9.00 am and 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday, at the offices of the General Manager, Commercial Transport Team, Heathrow Airport Limited, Second Floor, World Business Centre 2, Newall Road, Heathrow Airport, Hayes, Middlesex TW6 2RQ, or by telephoning 020 8757 5550 or by e-mail to martin@baa.com. Any objections to the proposed Order should be sent in writing, quoting the Order’s name, specifying the grounds on which they are made, to the Roads Manager, at the address above, to arrive before 14 December 2005.
