NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Schedule 10 to the Water Resources Act 1991, that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Bellway Homes Ltd for consent to discharge sewage effluent in emergency conditions to the Reen Adjacent to Duffryn Drive at National Grid Ref ST 29013 85058 from former St Josephs RC High School, Duffryn Drive, Newport NP10 8YS.
Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Environment Agency, External Relations Team, Rivers House, St Mellons Business Park, St Mellons, Cardiff CF3 0EY, not later than 4 January 2006 quoting Ref SE/CUST/MS/AN0394201.
