NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF PROPOSALS FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF A LOCAL PLAN
OXFORD LOCAL PLAN 2001-16

On 11 November 2005, Oxford City Council adopted these proposals with modifications. The adopted proposals will form part of the development plan for the area of Oxford City Council. The development plan forms the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting that area. Copies of the adopted proposals are available for inspection at the following locations on the days and times shown: Oxford City Council, Ramsay House, 10 St Ebbes Street, Oxford OX1 1PT; Oxford City Council, Blue Boar Street (side of Town Hall off St Aldates), Oxford OX1 4EY; both offices open Monday to Thursday from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, and Friday from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm; and Central Libary, Westgate, Centre for Oxfordshire Studies, 2nd Floor, Oxford OX1 1DJ; open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9.15 am to 5,00 pm, Wednesday closed. The proposals came into operation on their adoption. A person aggrieved by the proposals who desires to question their validity on the ground that they are not within the powers conferred by Part II of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, or that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the adoption of the proposals, may, within 6 weeks from 18 November 2005, make an application to the High Court, under section 287 of the 1990 Act.
