At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, convened, and held at 10 Kingsway, Altrincham, Manchester M17 1SB, on Thursday 10 November 2005, the following Resolutions were passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that R M Withinshaw, of Royce Peeling Green Limited, The Copper Room, Deva Centre, Trinity Way, Manchester M3 7BG, be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” P Collins, Chairman
