No 6991 of 2005 In the Matter of THAMES PHARMACY LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company whose registered office is situated at St James’s House, 8 Overcliffe, Gravesend, Kent DA11 0HJ, presented on 19 October 2005 by Discpharm Distributions Limited (in adminstration), acting by its administrators Mr Stephen Holgate and Mr Philip Long of PKF (UK) LLP, of Farringdon Place, 20 Farringdon Road, London EC1M 3AP, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at The Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 30 November 2005, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
