I, Stephen Paul Grant, of Wilkins Kennedy, hereby give notice that on 4 November 2005, I was appointed Liquidator of the above-named Company. Notice is hereby given that Creditors of the above-named Company, which is being wound up voluntarily, are required, on or before 4 February 2006, to send in their full names and addresses, full particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any), to me at Wilkins Kennedy, Risborough House, 38-40 Sycamore Road, Amersham, Buckinghamshire HP6 5DZ, and, if so required by notice in writing by me, are, personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such a time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
