Notice is hereby given that at an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at the offices of McCabe Ford Williams, Bank Chambers, 1 Central Avenue, Sittingbourne, Kent ME10 4AE, on 4 November 2005, the following Resolutions were proposed and duly passed, as an Extraordinary Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Julie Patricia Vahey of Benedict Mackenzie, of 5-6 The Courtyard, Park East, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 6AG, be and hereby is appointed Liquidator for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.” At a subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on the same day and at the same place, the appointment of the said Julie Patricia Vahey as Liquidator of the Company was duly confirmed.
